A Morning class - Medusa, starfish, coral and anemone
In this morning class we will work on performative and pre-expressive prac;ces that open the body to dance. A dance that does not aim to be a visual representation, but an experience of unfolding perception, presence and experience.
Through practices of touch and the embodiment of virtual anatomy. Performative presence and dance are approached as an awakening of the senses, an energetic mobilisation and a healing without disease.
Amanda Piña (1978) is a Chilean-Mexican-Austrian based artist living between Vienna and Mexico City.
